RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal which they can exercise, without having to justify reasons, within 14 days* from the receipt of the items. The items must be delivered within this legal period, in their original packaging, in perfect condition, complete (accessories, instructions, warranty...), and accompanied by a copy of the order form. Any product returned incomplete, damaged, dirty... may be subject to return penalties.
* For all orders placed between November 15, 2024 and December 16, 2024, the 14-day period is extended until 12/31/2024.
RETURNS
Here are the different steps to process a return:
1 - Log in to your customer account
2 - Check your order history
On the relevant order, check the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason(s) for the return in "comments".
3 - We confirm by email that your request has been received.
A confirmation of 'return accepted' will be validated within 24 hours.
4 - Prepare your package with the items in their original packaging along with the return form to print from your account in the "Merchandise Returns" section.
5 - Print your return label from the "Colissimo return" tab. It will be sent within 24 hours on working days.
6 - Stick the label on your package and drop it off at your post office.
7 - If the returned item is compliant, the refund of the invoiced price of the returned items will be made to the customer's bank account no later than fourteen (14) days following receipt by JL26 - DEELUXE company.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, or deteriorated due to the customer's fault will not be refunded.
A fee of 5 € (corresponding to shipping costs) is deducted from the refund.
